Joanna Sides is the mind behind Changing Perspectives and she moderates all our workshops. While her background is in Market Research and Psychology, she has long been interested in the impact of industrial psychology and sociology on the future of work. Certified in Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) and Non-Violent Communication (NVC), she is a commanding host.

Before building Changing Perspectives, Joanna spent a decade working with global cross-functional teams as a Market Researcher and Data Analyst. She then spent another three years at a tech start-up in Berlin consulting more than 30 Fortune 500 companies from industries as varied as Pharma, Beverage, and FMCG on knowledge sharing and information transparency techniques .

Joanna is a passionate supporter of clear communication, information democratization, and employee activation. She is a member of The Medici Effect Community, whose goal is to further the impact of intersectional innovation, and Drivers of Change, a professional collective which meets to discuss the future of work and its organization.
