Cultivate. Each individual on your team contributes a unique perspective that is integral to creating a holistic understanding of your organization. We use mapping task and workflow mapping to demonstrate how interdependent cross-functional teams are. This helps build a culture of respect that cultivates every perspective and point of view.

Communicate. Our five, Clear Communication Principles promote quality communication, drive collective action action, and reduce conflict. We will cover what it means to take responsibility for communicating clearly when writing, speaking, and documenting. We also include sections on how to avoid the traps of implicit communication like gossip, reading between the lines, and fearful silence.

Democratize. When data and information are democratized, individual team members are enabled to fully engage with and take responsibility for their work. Changing Perspectives Workshops show teams how to organize, distribute, and process information to transform the entire organization from a production line into an ecosystem. Through case studies and activities, we will demonstrate what useful information flows look like and how to build them. Information integration is key to building teams capable of delivering creative solutions to complex problems.
